Succession plan

About one quarter of all Swiss SMEs will be looking for a suitable succession plan in the next five years. Very few of these enterprises will be able to count on a solution from within the family and many of them will therefore face the daunting task of placing the company in somebody else’s hands.

We support entrepreneurs and pioneers in this challenging task of establishing a succession plan, where emotional factors often play a major role and must be taken into consideration in the solution. We accompany you as independent coaches and can call on our networks to find suitable candidates.
